About The Children’s Wellbeing Centre
The Children’s Wellbeing Centre offers children’s wellbeing training for schools, families and practitioners. Our approach combines movement, mindfulness, play and emotional wellbeing to help children feel calm, confident and connected.
Through children’s yoga teacher training, wellbeing courses and supportive learning experiences, we help nurture both children and the adults who support them.
All courses are designed to help adults build their skills to support children’s bodies, minds and emotions with confidence and care.
Children today are navigating increasing pressures, overstimulation and emotional demands. Our training supports the adults around them with engaging tools that help children feel calmer and better able to regulate their emotions and energy.
