About The Children’s Wellbeing Centre
The Children’s Wellbeing Centre was created to deliver excellent training that helps adults support children to thrive.
Our work brings together movement, relaxation, breath, sleep and emotional wellbeing in ways that are accessible, joyful, highly effective, and designed to work in everyday life.

About Your Trainers
These training experiences have been created by Jane Collins and Anna McLean. Jane and Anna draw from their experience of working with hundreds of children and adults, and from their strong belief that children need opportunities to move, regulate, rest and grow with confidence.
Our aim is to make the learning interesting, fun and easy to use, whether you are a parent, teacher, yoga teacher, healthcare professional, therapist, childcare provider or anyone supporting children and families in a professional or voluntary role.

How Training is Delivered
We want our courses to improve the lives of as many children as possible and so we have a selection of ways to learn. We have on-demand training courses which you can buy the moment you are ready and you can complete at a pace to suit you. We run online live training sessions, for guided learning with other people without the need to travel. We also deliver in person live sessions in the beautiful Peak District for a fully immersive experience. Or we can come to you and your team to upskill your organisation.
The information for all of these learning options can be found here.

Prefer Real-Time Live training?
We do too! While our e-learning is designed to feel instructor-led, nothing replaces the energy of live interaction. That’s why you can also book our trainers for online or in-person sessions, tailored to your organisation or group, at a time that works for you.
