Anna is a parent to three teenagers who are almost ready to fly the nest. Her personal and professional journeys continually shape her perspective and enrich the work she brings to families and professionals.

She currently works as a Family Intervention Worker. Previous roles have included supporting teenagers with SEND in a college setting, working in a specialist school for autistic children, and supporting adults with additional needs within the community. Through these roles, Emily has developed a rich understanding of neurodiversity, individual strengths and the importance of relationship-centred support.

Emily is deeply committed to family support, parenting and strengthening relationships. She helps families and professionals apply practical, evidence-based strategies that build confidence, resilience and lasting wellbeing.

Anna, Jane and Emily believe that every parent is the expert on their own child, and that professionals bring valuable insight, experience and relational understanding to the families they work alongside.
