Illustrated Move and Mind cards
You will receive a unique set of illustrated set of 60 cards, designed by Luke Durkie Illustrator, in the style used throughout this website. The cards include a wide variety of yoga poses, and a selection of illustrations representing the games and activities taught throughout the training.
A printable PDF version of the cards is included within the course fee.
Professionally printed versions, produced in the style of extra-large playing cards, are also available through occasional small print runs. You can contact us to let us know you’d like to be counted into the next print run.
You can also own the cards without attending a course.

Meet your trainer
Jane is an experienced yoga teacher trainer with over 20 years of teaching practice and more than 15 years dedicated to training yoga teachers across adult, children’s, pregnancy, postnatal and fertility yoga.
As lead trainer for the Teaching Yoga to Children course, Jane brings a creative and developmentally informed approach to children’s yoga. She specialises in helping trainees understand how yoga can support regulation, confidence, emotional wellbeing and connection, while ensuring sessions remain playful, inclusive and responsive to children’s individual needs.
Jane is known for creating fun and interesting learning environments where trainees feel excited to share the skills they learn. Combining clear structure with reflection and creativity, she helps teachers build confidence, adapt practices safely and develop authentic, sustainable ways of working with children.
Her training is grounded in real teaching experience, thoughtful mentorship and a belief that confident teachers create meaningful experiences for children.
