Our short courses and workshops

These mini learning experiences are for those who do not want/need a full teaching qualification but do still want to learn how to bring positive wellness activities into the lives of the children they work with or care for. You might want to learn:

  • mindful movement
  • emotional regulation tools
  • child-friendly breathing practices
  • wellbeing activities
  • fun games and yoga poses
